"Room is great, breakfast is not well managed. There's a long waiting time, understaffed, and overcrowded."

"Gym very good. Physical facility a bit worn and dated (repainting quite evident). Room with kitchen quite large and comfortable. Bed excellent. Cuisinart coffee machine disliked. Dishwasher never had a cutlery basket over the 5 day stay. Housekeeping staff was excellent."

"Issues with the room..particularly repair ceiling leak in the bathroom over the started leaking overnight almost causing a fall from the water above. Housekeeping missed our room. View from this suite was the next building Via Sophia restaurant was good We had great experiences from previous stays. Hotel did credit me some fees.becausenof the leaking ceiling."

"It was a nice stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was a typical small buffet with scrambled eggs, potatoes, meat, with a small cold side with cheese and tomatoes and boiled eggs. Staff was very friendly. "

"Our stay at the Yotel in Washington DC was great. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist. 💕 I would have liked to use the pool—however I’ll have to come back! Check in/out are a breeze, no waiting in line unless there’s a question or issue. The only real negative is the lack of a coffee machine in the room. This would really make our stay exceptional. There is limited coffee provided on the 2nd floor—however most hotels have this accessible at all times. We were able to get a mini fridge which I greatly appreciated as I was travelling with two kids. Parking is easy and underneath the hotel, which made it easy to transport our items. The location is minutes from Union station and about 10-15 min from the Smithsonian museums. Great location! Thank you for a great stay."
