"amazing location! walking distance to Dotonbori and underground is the Metro Train. Very conveniently located. Buffet breakfast is amazing as well. You can choose the Japanese breakfast or the western style buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room a good size, but we wish they would have replant our coffee on a daily basis since we were there for four days. The staff was prompt and everything was very clean. We did go to the bar for drinks and they really do need a better approach to bartending. Cocktails were tasty but barely had any of the appropriate spirit. The service was great, the food was good. I think they needed because it was very busy. "
