"Byward market isn't a glamorous area, but it's where my office is so it is what it is. Convenient location, clean facility, friendly(ish) staff. Much nicer than some of the other hotel options in the area. "

"The front desk was friendly and accomodating throughout my stay. Naveen at the front went above and beyond giving me directions on the train and bus to take back to the airport. The location allows for close proximity to landmarks, restaurants, etc. The view on the north side on the 20plus floors are beautiful. The staff that assisted with the Community Based Senior Serving Sector Summit were exceptional. Well worth the investment of staying. "

"Although we didnt bring our kids, it was nice to see the pool have toys and such for them. We are also hoping the glass is one way glass as there was a wedding going on while we were in the pool lol. Rooms were great. Parking is nice but pricey. Really wish there was a normal continental breakfast within the hotel as breakfast was incredibly expensive for stuff that is at every other hotel. 80 bucks for yogurt and cereal? No thanks"

"Excellent - liked everything - check in guy great! - fast, friendly, answered all questions and seemed genuinely interested in us having a good stay. Room great - kitchen, balcony, big screen TV with streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Disney ,You Tube etc). Bed comfortable , accommodation spotless and even a welcome bottle of wine chilled in the fridge."
