Pirin Mountains 4 Stars Hotels

"The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities."

Spa doesn't invite when its facilities are all off and switched on only upon request. But we do understand it's not very eco-friendly to have facilities on when there are no guests. "Close to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Decent service, clean and staff were friendly enough. Rooms qere sloghtly small if I'm being picky, otherwise a lovely stay"

"The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Rooms were good size. Walking distance to Gondola, but shuttle available if you want to be driven (15lev I think). Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

"Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had...

"Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions. Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great.
