“We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. “Hotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden. Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. “Superb value for money. The staff was very helpful satisfying all our needs.the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service to bansko ski center that was great. Dinner was tasteful but Limited in selections. Even when our car was not running because of low battery due to freezing cold, they immediately helped us. Thanks kostadin for everything. We would surely stay again on your hotel on our next visit to bansko. by the way the hotel is a four star one and not three as mentioned.”

“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious.
