“We stayed here fo four nights and we felt exceptionally comfortable at this hotel - especially because of the magnificent staff! Every minor or major request was met with utter kindness, competence and a quick solution, everyone was happy to help with any question or wish that came up. “Great room. The breakfast was good and all the staff was excellent. Lori Beach was only a few minutes walk away. The room was very nice . I would highly recommend this hotel.

“The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that my ground-floor apartment booking was changed without notice to an“upgrade” that was nothing of the sort.The receptionist also made a rude comment about whether I was American or something to that effect.
