"Newly refurbished hotel with lovely views out to sea. Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, some slightly blunt and borderline rude. Food in the hotel was good, and the bar down on the beach good too. Beach area was very crowded with sun loungers packed in to the max (but this is pretty common across Sarande). If you are looking for a chilled out beach attached to your hotel, this is probably not it. If you want something a bit more lively with lots of people around the this might...

"Very nice hotel, quite and has a beautiful view"

"Paid for two rooms with views of the sea but were given rooms on side street. The lobby is very uninviting. The only elevator was slow and the pool was dirty. The shower in the room was excellent though. "

"We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the place more each day. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well built and they have spared no expense to get the best materials. The food is delicious and abundant. Breakfast is included and it is very generous and very high quality food. If you could think of it, they had it. The wood fire pizza was very good. We look forward to returning to Sole Luna in Borsh, Albania again. Shumë faleminderit! "

Staff was kind and responsive; even when they didn't speak English, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide for us. "This place is a true gem. We loved everything about it and we are going to return next year. Food at the restaurant is excellent, they also have a pizza place. Mixed drinks are phenomenal. The place is older but in very good shape and super clean. The staff were absolutely amazing, willing to help at all times and super friendly. "Marina bay is in a beautiful location on the bay of Vlora and has a stunning small private beach. The rooms (we had a 2 bedroom suite) are clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. However this is not a 5 star hotel / resort and a number of things need improving urgently. The furniture in our sitting area was of poor quality and the sofa was broken, the bathrooms were very small and badly designed and one of the showers leaked all the shower water...

"Restaurangen i anslutning till hotellet hade bra service, där frukosten som ingick intogs. Inte frukostbuffé som beskrevs i hotellbokningen utan frukost som beställdes från restaurangmenyn, frukosten var bra! Restaurangen har bra, varierad mat, populär! Det var svårt att kommunicera med hotellpersonalen pga att de inte kunde engelska, de försökte dock ordna någon som kunde tolka. Hotellets position stämde inte överens med adressen som angavs i bokningsappen. Läget bra om man vill bo utanför...

"The room was dirty, there were broken things around the room (towelholder, pipes from wall, safe) and no trash bin. The 5th floor was terrible to sleep due to yhe rooftop lounge. Thank god i had my earplugs with me. Service was okay, even though every time on breakfast i went to line i had to specifically ask for it (your ham is out, theres no water, bread is out, there are no coffee cups...). The pool also cost for customers, which is insulting. The pool was okay, if you moved every 2hrs you...

"This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay. "
