"No hotel is better situated for you to enjoy Lake Ohrid. It is right on the lake and is so serene, peaceful and beautiful. We took great pleasure sitting on the balcony enjoying the bird calls, deep blue water and clouds slipping along in the sky. The husband and wife owners were wonderful, they gave us suggestions of additional places to enjoy that we were unaware of. The meals were very good. I would come back."

"The pictures do not touch just how stunning the place is! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, beautful room and the shower was gorgeous, after a day exploring or from the beach that shower is a delight. Now the best bit, the view, just WOW, overlooking the sea, you can see Corfu and the sunsets OMG just stunning. When I come back, theres no doubt in my mind I will be back here. "Veldig rolig og rent hotell, hvor ting gikk bra. Har egen parkering for bil. Obs: pass på at meldingen som verten sender deg kanskje ikke kommer fram og at du må ringe til han for å si ifra om at du har kommet. Han var veldig hyggelig og sendte all informasjon med engang og ringte i etterkant for å spørre om alt var i orden. Setter pris på dette👍"

"We were excited to have a room with a hot tub. Unfortunately, our air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the bed initially had platform slats missing, and the hot water went out each morning when we were trying to start our day. The staff was very friendly and did their best to resolve things quickly, however we only had the room in good function for about 15% of our stay. The room itself is very nice and the location is great. The WiFi was spotty and the pool closes very early unfortunately."

"Breakfast was pretty bad, the jacuzzi is literally in the parking lot, the restaurant menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and pool snacks is pretty bad and looks cheap compared to the price of the room per night. The A/C in the room doesn’t really work, it only cools the bathroom area but doesn’t really cool the actual bed and room. Compared to the pictures and price of the hotel, it was very disappointing and not up to the actual standards and pictures that are seen in Expedia."

"Spa was not included and was €15 per hour per person. Staff proceeded to gaslight me into saying that the information was on the website which it was clearly not as I spent hours scouring it with still no luck. There was a 3* hotel next door which looked a million times nicer. The hotel is so run down and you get no extra amenities for the 5* label. No robes no extra in the rooms just basic body wash and shampoo and Slippers were made out of tissue paper. Sunbeds were dirty and pool towel man sometimes ran out of cards to return back to people. One couple at reception when checking out were charged €30 euros as the pool towel man took their towels but ran out of cards for them to return when they checked out. Staff are not welcoming or polite. Breakfast was mediocre at best, not 5* quality and hotel pool was cold and not comfortable to swim in. The rooftop pool was also closed which we knew about before booking but found out we couldn’t even go up there just to see the view. The ONLY thing I don’t have to complain about is that the bed was comfy. But seriously don’t waste your money go to the much nicer 3* hotel next door"
