Heguri 5 Stars Hotels

The hotel was nice and clean, great location , has shuttle bus to several locations.

Loved the sweeping view from our room on the 46th floor. Have never stayed at a hotel with the quickest available elevators! The staff were very quick to provide service. The access to shopping is amazing and had to purchase another suitcase. The hotel was so convenient to return to the room to drop off packages and start all over again. Access to the subway was more than convenient as well as the access to three floors of dining options. There is even a museum on one of the lower floors.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff is excellent!

Simply put one of the best hotels in the world. What a magnificent place.

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

Great location, amazing views from the hotel, the rooms are decently sized, there is however a bit of musty smell of old smoke.. but still a great option in an unbeatable location

We had a one night stay before departing Japan and the Westin was perfect. Good location and 30 min. to Itami Airport. Would stay longer next time. Great Breakfast Buffet. Spacious room w/ tub and shower. Clean and staff was professional and helpful. Higher floors have great views.

Great hotel. Loved every aspect. Helpful staff, especially Benjamin the bar manager, who gave us great tips on Osaka and recommended fantastic wines and cocktails.

A wonderful, new hotel in Nara. One of the few high-end hotels there, competing against Nara Hotel. In contrast to the stodgy competitor, JW Marriott is very modern with traditional Japanese aesthetic.

The hotel was beautiful, food great, and the butler service was very helpful setting up reservations, planning day trips, and coordinating our schedule. It was definitely the best stay of our trip in Japan.

Our experience at Conrad Osaka was really superb. The hotel staff was a shinning example of hospitality: warm, incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail of our needs. This applies to all areas of the hotel staff, from those greeting us at the entrance, to the concierge and restaurants staff, as well as those cleaning our gorgeous room. We had the opportunity to eat both at the Steak house and Sushi restaurants, which were both stellar. The daily breakfast was also really great and so...

Breakfast was really good. Especially the washoku. The staff are really nice.

The diligence to attention and personal care was incomparable.

Great experience as always. Very helpful and friendly staff and location.

Great ambiance. Osaka Station shuttle is a huge plus. Staff is above and beyond. Breakfast is delicious. Recommend.

Everything was 10/10

Hotel is conveniently located near the Osaka Station with many dining and shopping options nearby. Hotel facilities ands services are excellent.

This place was great. Super clean, amazing-friendly staff. Our family felt very comfortable here. They definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention the place was extremely clean.

I like the 5 minute walk to two different subway stations and it's adjacent to the shopping street that stretches all the way to Dotonbori area. Lots of dining options and shopping and the room itself is very trendy and staff were very attentive
