We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

This was the most amazing place to stay! This was our favorite stop on a 30-day trip to Greece, Italy and Switzerland. The surrounding countryside is stunning. Our room had a Turkish Bath - what a fun experience. We were a couple of weeks in to our vacation, and we were ready for some down time. This was the first hotel we visited in our two week Tuscany vacation. Coming out of Rome and getting on the highway north, it looked like the exit should be labeled for Cortona...but it wasn't and we wasted a lot of time getting lost (our fault). Once we found the hotel, it was a gem in the hills in the vineyards. Breakfast on the patio of the little glass Liminoere building was fabulous. Loved their boxer dog roamed around saying "hi". Owner/chef is on premises and she gives cooking lessons....

We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided. We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem!
