"Checking in experience was bad. Staff told me I couldn’t check in telling me to come back at 2pm and when I ask another time stating I booked through Expedia they then ask for my name. And was able to check in. Key card kept giving me issue. For the days I was there. I was able to access the lift to my floor and when unlocking the door I could not.
