"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"

Checking in was as easy as cutting trough butter with a warm knife. I was there during the hurricane but didn't notice anything when it comes to the wind or the rain. "2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。"
