"The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!"

Room is spacious, great layout, very comfortable furnishings especially the bed, luxurious and helpful amenities, automatic motion-sensing lighting helpful for night trip to bathroom, best equipped bidet, and fantastic view from full-length glass balcony. 2. Extremely courteous, helpful, and caring staff at checkin, concierge service, and family club floor. 3. Included drinks and snacks available during morning , afternoon, and evening sessions. "Leisure and peaceful environment around the hotel. Make sure you can call uber or taxi if going out, there are no taxi waiting downstairs at the hotel. Cheese bagel was nice restaurant for breakfast, their cake also delicious. "
