Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. "Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."
