"Is about 15 minutes walk to the haram. Don't bother taking the bus. Could get there sooner walking. In a very busy area, lots of shops and restuarants around. Noisy in the hotel too. Breakfast is very very basic. "

"Not just bad—extremely bad . I sat waiting for the check-in for two hours . Despite being asked, they didn't provide even a single towel for the entire time I stayed there. Room service did not show up even once. No one helped when I arrived."

"Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. "

I hada small issue over breakfast, but staff were quickly to resolve and you were able to enjoy the hotel services and have an amazing stay. great location away from clock tower, easy to walk to Al Haram and back and not having to push through huge numbers of people. exceptional staff"
