“깨끗하고 침대가 편합니다”

“We had a fantastic stay once again, the breakfast was amazing, highly recommend”

“This is an excellent example of a Malmaison, it’s such a lovely hotel. The bar and restaurant are super. Food is always spot on and the cocktails are always wonderfully made. We’ve stayed many times and always love the rooms, which are nicely appointed and a generous size. This time it was a little tired, sockets broken, curtains marked, windows broken, nothing major but just needs a bit more attention to detail. Bathroom was clean enough, but there was makeup on the tiles above the sink and...

“It was something to forget, did not meet my expectaion. Very disappointed. Stayed there in August was happy with the place. This time the room was very tired. It was cold, the heating was not working. Phone the staff 2 time to get it sorted.”

“Lovely old Inn with fabulous local inspired menu options. Enjoyed the cozy feeling.”

“출장으로 머물기는 괜찮습니다 가족ㄱ과 함께는 비추천 합니다”

“cheaper than another hotel, the room is bigger, clean, the bathtub is good. wifi is not fast, good service. complementary water is front desk. all the facility is quite old but when you call the room service they can provide everything you need.”

“Location was great, staff lovely. Molly bistros was wonderful. But the bed was from 1985. I could feel every single spring and it was so hard I also just slept on the floor. The photos linked to this place are kind of a lie, they are just restaurants near by and I thought they were attached to the hotel. Would not return due to the bed atrocity.”

“Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Linda was especially helpful, including accommodating an early arrival and arranging for laundry services. The food was excellent, as was the service.”

“장기 파견으로 머물고 있는데, 적당한 숙박비로 식사 해결 가능한 상태라 굉장히 만족 합니다. 중심가에 있어서 쇼핑이나 근처 구경하기도 좋습니다.”

“Amazing place, definitely 5 stars. Would stay again. Loved everything about it. The food at the restaurant was the best we had in Scotland so far.”

“Arriving on a busy Saturday evening (lively bar, good atmosphere), would like to have seen signage for where to check-in, but after locating the right member of staff, we received a friendly welcome. 2nd floor room was very clean with good facilities, but unfortunately the extent of the sloping walls have driven a layout and bathroom configuration that overall weren't suitable for my husband who is 6'3", but were also a challenge for me, who at a smallish 5'4" could not stand up straight beside...
