The staff made our stay. Everyone we encountered from front desk to restaurant servers were fabulous. The hotel overall was pleasant. If I needed to stay in this area again i would. Neighbkrhood has seen better days.

Excellent place to stay. Best value of the 6 places we visited in Scotland. Loved the photos in the lobby of the history of the hotel and Aberdeen. Did the bus tour around Aberdeen - very beautiful architecture everywhere. Also, live music in the hotel pub every night and we took full advantage of that.

Even if from out side the hotel look like old and grey once that you are inside all the furnishings are good. Reception and lobby are good - receptionist are very friendly. Room are good bath clean. Hotel is located in the city centre at 2 minutes of the bus station reachable from the airport by bis 727. At 3 min by walk there is also the train sttion and a car park (£6 per day). Around there are pub cafe an restaurant. All attraction are reachble in 5 min by walk.

Aberdeen was a great place to stay. Right on the ocean west side of Scotland. Many things to see and do there. Hotel was great-very convenient for walking. Quite a variety of food available

We were booked into a single room by Expedia , despite having paid for a double room for 2 occupants. Luckily, the hotel staff were able to relocate us. We then discovered that breakfast was not included in our booking. This was surprising, considering that we had several friends staying in the same hotel for even less cost, but still included breakfast. It was very noisy throughout the whole night, and we had very little sleep.

This hotel is very convenient to the train station. There is a small grocery store right across the street that is nice to have if you forget something. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a little tired, but clean and perfect for our one night stay.
