"Not the hotels fault but very noisy but there was a wedding on but at 02.15 heard pouring water got up and water was coming through the ceiling and down the door from the upstairs room tried twice to call reception no response got dressed went to try find someone before any more damage was done found ..."

"Our stay was spoiled by the red light on the room smoke alarm flashing all night!! Having just had an operation, this was extremely annoying and I barely slept. Hotel seemed aware of the issue and still allocated a 7th floor room. No recompense offerred!!"
