“Brandon made it easy and pleasant to check in and welcomed us on short notice from our VBRO cancelling due to no a/c. Glad he was able to make things easy to manage on a peak weekend. Great customer skills! Also he really took one for the team working when other colleagues called out. Kudos to him for bing a team player, hope they treat him well to kept him!”

“Clean room. Plenty of soft clean towels. Comfortable bed. No in room coffee or hair dryer. Good value for the price.”

“Breakfast was very disappointing. Little:no good when we went to real fast room (it was only about 815) and the staff tried very hard to keep up was not able to. Are dry cereal w/o milk as news it was never filled again. No fresh fruit, most hot item containers empty for the entirety of our breakfast. Coffee and juice was available, but no real food.”

“No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...

“I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment. When I returned for the day and turned on the lights roaches scattered across the floor. Roaches were even in the bed. I left and they would not give a refund for the nights I paid for.”
