"Roberto from the conceige service was exceptional. He helps plan and call for reservation and cancellation during our many requests. Location of the hotel is convenient and next to the Cathedral and Bella artes museum, as well as the famed broadway."

"Other amenities were great. The only thing that I could say there needs improvement would be the desk. Clerks, they need to be a little bit more courteous, but other than that we loved our stay."

"The location is awesome! While it’s not a hotel with daily housekeeping, the cleaning staff was super friendly and happy to bring us extra towels and toilet paper when we asked. My main issue was the third bed—it’s a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Since we paid for a room for three people, sleeping on that couch made for a few rough nights. Additionally, the photos online make the room look a bit newer and fancier than it actually is. Overall, though, it was a good stay. Expedia rates it a 9.4, but I’d give it a solid 8.5. It’s definitely worth the price, especially for first-time visitors, as everything is nearby, the neighborhood is safe, and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming!"
