Located in the center of town just about 10 minutes from the airport with taxi ($3). The mattress was hard but that is the only complaint. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, omelettes were extra pay ($1). Staff was very friendly and helpful but sometimes the language was a problem. Most people in the city only speak Turkish.

Great hotel in Adana
I spent 2 nights at this splendid hotel during my tour of Turkey. The room was huge, so was the bed and I had a rooftop view of the city. Probably the best hotel yet. Breakfast was really good too. Thankyou Seyenbak.

I didn’t like Expedia how it handled my problem with the property it wasn’t friendly staff food was awful didn’t enjoy my stay in middle of nosiest area of the town. After talking to Expedia’s staff for a day I will never book with it and I hope you leave my comments here to be read.

Otel ile ilgili olarak tam olarak şikayetinizi öğrenebilir miyiz? Aslında Personellerimiz konusunda tüm misafirlerimizden genel anlamda teşekkür ve tebrik mesajları alırız. Sizi üzecek ya da kızdıracak bir durum mu gerçekleşti. Otelimizde A'la carte yemek servimizi üzelerek bulunmamaktadır. Kahvaltımız ise Açık büfedir ve yaklaşık 65 farklı çeşitten oluşmaktadır. Kahvaltı da hoşunuza gitmeyen bir şey mi vardı? Otelimiz konum olarak tam şehir merkezinde yer almaktadır. Buradan Adana'nın her bir yanına ulaşım çok kolaydır. Çünkü bulunduğumuz caddeden toplu taşıma ve taksi çok fazla geçmektedir. Acaba tam şehir merkezinde olmasından dolayı gündüz saatlerinde yoğun bir trafiği bulunmaktadır. Bu yüzden rahatsızlık duymuş olabilir misiniz? Halbuki arka cephelerde odalarımız bulunmaktadır. Eğer talepte bulunmuş olsaydınız arka cephelerden sessiz odalar ile odanızı değiştirmiş olabilirdik. Otel Şenbayrak City olarak bizler sizi otelimizde ağırlamaktan büyük memnuniyet duyduğumuzu bildirmek isteriz. Saygılarımızla

Clean, big hotel, nice room, bed, breakfast, well located. Really put off when I wanted to meet my university friend and take them to my room, was made to feel like I was soliciting for something illegal by the shiny guy with a ponytail, he had very poor customer service.

The hotel has a perfect location, the room I had was very good, clean, the bed was comfortable. Service was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming and provided us with a map and careful directions. But the breakfast was very very poor no choices

Wir waren für 7 Nächte dort. Frühstück und Zimmer (Reinigung) top. Parkhaus und der Rest Flop. Es gibt im ganzen Hotel nur ein Bügeleisen. Das 24h Parkhaus schließt um 00:00 bzw. 1:00Uhr. Die Zimmerkarte musste fast jeden Tag neu programmiert werden …

Otele gelir gelmez araba park hizmeti güzeldi. Karşılamadaki arkadaşlar iyiydi.Oda gayet güzel ve rahattı ancak dışarıdan şehir (araba korna, müzik vs) sesi geliyor.Kahvaltı gayet zengindi. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık.Bir daha Adana'ya gidersem tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel.
