“Nice people, nice accomodation, delicious food, good conversation in advance and during our stay. We felt more than welcome. Thx for upgrading us to the very nice family rondel, not only our kids appreciate this :) We loved your turndown service in the evening which makes our "home" cozy for the nights. Please book Wandela, a sympathic and experienced guide for a gamedrive in Addo Nationalpark at the Reception. We had a wonderful day with him, only we 4 in one car, the full day game drive...

“Jade is a wonderful hostess. Very clean and comfortable suite, great restaurant nearby.”

“When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment ”

“There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.”

“Clean room”

“We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. ”

“Only thing was location - it's more out of the way. But there's a charm to that and the staff is still great.”
