“Stayed at 16th Fl with ocean view. It has a great view all the long.”

“Cool historic feel with a nice new orleans style courtyard. Staff was friendly but special shout out to the guy who I think was maintenance or a little of everything. The ice machine was out- he went and bought ice and went the extra mile in several ways for us. The room was minimal. The bed was okay but the tv was too small, could use some updating throughout the entire hotel but the vibe was still really nice.”

“Yes”

“Very clean hotel, the lobby is very nice as well. We hung out down there for about two hours while we waited to go to the airport. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Great room”

“The floor was soaked from the bathroom past one bed. We called the service desk and they told us sorry that we have no one to look at it. They said to put towels down. They did not offer another room nor to refund our money to look elsewhere. I even had to go downstairs and get towels myself. The towels quickly soaked thru to a solid brown color. I have pictures as it was totally disgusting. We ruined our soaks and had to wear shoes to walk around to the bathroom and back. No apologies nor any...

“호텔은 신식이나 관리가 잘 안되는 부분이 있는 것 같음.”

“We came to this location few months back when they first opened. I was not impressed and disappointed in a few things. I gave them another try. They have outdid themselves with fixing the kinks. We had agreat stay hot tub was wonderful hot. Staff was amazzing. Only issue was our room smelled of pancakes. Not sure if was because we were over kitchen or what. But wasnt bad think. Just saying. So if you tried and were disappointed. Give them another try. They did good.”

“My room was clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful.”

“Nice for the price”

“The facilities require maintenance. The bathroom had a lot of stains and looked dirty. The front desk staff member could have been more friendly.”
