โThe hotel was very nice and the workers was helpful given their circumstances the elevator was out of order so it was extra work for them BUT they did their best to commend us and we appreciate that all and all Yes I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again also the indoor pool is a big bonus for me and my family โ
โOverall my stay was very good. No issues or concerns. Checking in was smooth, but when I asked the front desk clerk how far away was Mobileโs downtown area, she replied โthis is the downtown areaโ. That was not correct! She could have been more welcoming and pleasant. โ
โStaff is always professional and easy to approach. Rooms are always clean and never an issue in finding parking. This particular Holiday Inn has become my go to for all my trips to Mobile. Thank you! โ
โEven though this hotel does not have a dining room or restaurant, usually it is served with breads and drinks at the meeting place. so the breakfast was not a matter for me. The only serious issue was that it is impossible to cross the interstate highway in fron of the hote. So, I have to ask a shuttle service of the hotel. It is a little uncomfortable but not a big deal. Also, this hotel has a nice swimming pool right before the room. In next time, I'd like to stay at this hotel again.โ
