Room facilities were really bad, no kettle on the room, no shampoo or toilet roll we had to keep asking for it. Services at reception was poor. Otherwise pool and food was good.

First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Agadir. Further to your remark, we do provide kettles on request to our guests and these kettles are well cleaned after every use. We assure you that we provide all the necessary amenities (towels, soap, shampoo…). Moreover, speaking to us about your remarks during your stay would have been better so we could have handled the problem on the spot. We look forward to welcoming you back with our undivided attention in order to offer you our best service.
