Er was een personeelslid die verschrikkelijk nep is. Hij lacht je toe maar er komt niets positiefs uit. 2 voorbeelden: hij heeft ons laten wachten tot 15:00 uur terwijl onze kamer vrij was. Samen met mijn vrouw kregen we een kamer met 3 bedden, niet conform mijn reservering. Ik heb mijn ongenoegen geuit, hij beloofde mij terug te bellen voor een andere kamer maar helaas kwam hij de afspraak niet. Een paar uur later kwam ik naar de receptie om beklag te doen maar desbetreffend personeelslid was al naar huis gegaan zonder enkele bericht achter te laten.Faical, een lieve collega van hem, heeft een avondeten kamer geregeld, na 1 nacht slapen op 3 losse bedden. Een mooi hotel verdient z’n receptionist echt niet.De rest die ik daar sprak is beleefd, zeer behulpzaam en super vrolijk. Mooi hotel met ideale ligging. Het ontbijt was royaal en men kan zich vertoeven met allerlei lekkernijen. Bedankt Faical en de parkingmedewerkers.

This is the only hotel i have ever come back to. Excellent location Excellent staff Excellent animation team It felt like a big family Everything was in one place , unlike other hotels where everything is a long walk to get to. Had major concerns here
I rarely give a poor review but I had some concerns about this property. I stayed for one night. Pros: they were very accommodating for early check in which I appreciated very much. Close to beach. Cons: moldy room (strong odor, tried to keep door open whole time but it was hot), dirty floor (soles of my feet were black), bathroom felt dirty, AC didn’t work, safe was broken. Three different times people walked into my room with their staff key cards without knocking (I have no idea why; one time I was fresh out of the shower). Kicked out of fitness area before closing hour. Gentleman who was greeting at door was very rude, threw my backpack next to ATM when I inquired about luggage storage, gave me attitude when I said I didn’t want breakfast, blocked me from leaving at end accusing me of not paying tax which I had paid earlier at checkout with front desk. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hostels etc. and often overlook little annoyances, but for many reasons I was not comfortable here. In addition this is a very touristy all inclusive French party vibe, so be prepared for noise.

The wifi is really poor, a couple of the waiters had a rude and abrupt attitude towards us, the food had flies around it in the dining room and the food was very samey. The pool area is pretty and the cleaning and reception staff were fairly nice, room was large and was fairly well maintained.

Hotelli on siisti ja mielestäni edullinen. Sijainti lähellä rantaa ja ravintoloita kaupungin turistialueella, helppo kuitenkin liikkua taksilla ympäri Agadiria. Hotellin uima-allasalue oli loistava ja aamupala hyvä. Meillä ei ollut all-inclusivea, se olisi voinut olla hotellissa hyvä. Huone oli siisti ja hiljainen, sängyt olivat ok. Uima-altaalla piti maksaa 20€ / 100 dirhamia pyyhkeestä takuuta, se oli hieman outoa.

Will stay Stay Again June 2023
May 2023 - June 2023 We Just stayed 5 days at Kenzi Europa Hotel, Agadir. Wonderful Stay at Great Hotel. Me and my husband just returned from Agadir, we came on Wednesday 31st May and left on Sunday 4th June. Our room was on the 7th floor and the view was amazing from our balcony, we could see the ocean. The hotel is very close to the beach, a few minutes away, you also get to sit in the Hotel roped off section on the beach on loungers. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day to clean. The Breakfast is amazing in the morning, lots of variety. The Dinner is also very good again lots of variety. We did get charged for drinks at dinner because we were half-board but that was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Muhammed Achraf was very helpful to us. Every time we had a problem or a query the front desk helped us. Hope to go again will family next week.

It is nicely located hotel and has really nice breakfasts. That would be it about positives. They have an older staff member that twice tried to cheat us on money, the key to the room worked 50% of times, toilet was very badly washed, dinners were very poor (and meat not good at all, probably old), water in pools - cold. Somehow disappointed.

Average stay
The hotel is okay for what you pay everything is near by. They don’t have a functioning iron or an iron board. Some of the staff are rude and say stuff to fob you off. The slightly big guy in the blue jacket was rude cos I said we paid this much money for rooms and you don’t have a working iron bow was I meant to wear my clothes which weee creased. Mainly that employee who was rude maybe is the manager.

Hôtel bruyant de 8h30 à minuit : le matin dès 8h30 les gentilles femmes de ménages déplacent les meubles dans les chambres au dessus ça fait un bruit monstre. La musique a la piscine la journée et le soir avec jusqu’à minuit des spectacles. Personnel à l’entrée sympathique sauf à la réception qui ne dit jamais bonjour même si vous passez 10 fois devant eux à part si vous êtes une touriste européenne. Chambre très propre. Salle de sport trop vieille, les machines ont plus de 20 ans. Piscine superbe pour les enfants. Animateurs très impliqués.
