"The property was well maintained for the most part and staff friendly. The rooms were dated and our sheets were old but not the end of the world. The blow dryer didn’t work in our room and I asked for another one, while they responded quickly, they brought a blow dryer that didn’t work so I then had to ask again. Pool was insanely cold. The biggest issue was their inability to explain why they put 5 different preauthorizations on my credit card totaling almost $1,000.00 when I had prepaid for the hotel and only authorized the $100 incidental charge. It was somewhat annoying and still hope they all fall off so I do not have to dispute. Overall, it’s an average hotel and clean, also in a prime location. It is not worth the price we paid but understand the increase due to Stagecoach. Would consider staying again if I needed accommodations in the area and price was lower."

"Maria the Irish Sassy Sensation at the front desk welcomed us with a glass of rose, then showed us to our fun bungalow room in this historic hotel. The hotel definitely has seen the ages but you can tell it’s been well loved. The mountain views, easy access location to all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. Also, Queer community friendly."
