“The hotel was under construction and although the construction crew finished at 5pm, the concrete plates on the street were constantly being driven over at night and it was so loud. The hotel was charming, the little happy hour with small treats and beverage at 5pm was lovely. The breakfast was so thoughtful and charming.”
