"Hotel was much busier than I imagined, well positioned and central to tube stations and shopping areas. Good atmosphere in the lobby and quirky decor. Room was quiet and beds comfortable, toiletries very nice, everything we needed."

"We've stayed at other 'capsule' hotels but this is the smallest, the queen bed wedged at the end, footboard to headboard and wall, that's how small. Tiny desk with a footstool/chair. No closet, drawers or shelves, except in bathroom--extremely inconvenient. The location was great--not quite next to the Tottenham court road station, but in between that and Oxford circle. 8 mins walk one way and the other. But lots of transport possibilities. Room was surprisingly quiet. No view, (frosted glass and window didn't open) got a little claustrophobic. Desk staff nice and helpful. Needed a couple of repairs which they got on right away, once we realized it wasn't a feature to say, have no hooks in the bathroom. Stylish and nice little cafe--the area full of incredible restaurants. No fan in bathroom which was awkward--ended up using the cold setting on the blow-dryer. Temperature good range of controls, AC, fan... We were there 5 nights, it got a little old."
