“Generally, the hotel was good and is well located in the town. However, the sound insulation between the rooms is non-existent so your chances of getting a good night's sleep are zero.”

“Piscine tres agréable”

“Lovely hotel close to centre; Clean; Friendly & helpful team; Pool and spa; Secure parking.”

“Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Patrons adorables !

“I booked a room for my 88-year-old grandmother. The hotel did not send me instructions until 11pm the night of the booking! My grandmother had nowhere to stay. We called the hotel 3 times to be met by the rudest staff. Absolutely shocking. AVOID!”

“My room had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the hotel is right by the train station. Perfect place for one night. Was a tad annoyed they didn't speak English; however, it makes sense because of how small a town it's in. Very close to restaurants and literally right next to the grocery store. The elevator was broken, and the place was confusing to navigate, but I made it work. Was a little scared for my safety as a solo female traveller, but I doubt I would be worried if I were a man or...

“There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. But far, far worse than all of this was the bed. It was basically a plank. So hard that both my wife and I could barely sleep, and I was hobbling around with back...

“For the price I think this was an absolute steal! The room was very spacious and I think I was upgraded as I got a balcony. Location couldn’t be better, just a few moments walk to the lake. Helpful and friendly staff.”
