“They were so great and even left me a happy birthday surprise in my room!! Only thing I can say that I have complaints about is that they were allowing me late check out of 1pm saying it was a perk for my birthday. Well we decided to extend our stay one day extra and when late check out was mentioned they wouldn't do 1 pm. I felt like I almost was punished for staying an extra day by not getting my 1pm late check out as promised. :/ Other than that it was great. Room was great. Shower was...

“This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't...

“Nancy “Jo” at the front desk is a true gem. The hotel is at the beginning of the island and is in a small plaza with everything you need. Kappys general store has golf cart rentals and all the basics for a great stay. The hotel was perfect. Off season is quiet with the pace picking up in October. South Beach restaurant is wonderful. The beach is superb. Great getaway for wife’s BD. Would return in a heartbeat.”

“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

“It was ok”

“Only had two issues. First - The pool filtration system was not running. A lot of debris was in the pool. The inlets were not pulling anything in. Actually, spent some time picking stuff out of the pool. Second - On my final day the spa was not heating. Was about the same temperature as the pool.”

“So relaxing. You don’t have to go anywhere with restaurants, great shops, and beautiful views”

“The rooms and property were very clean. The breakfast was very good and well organized. The room price was very reasonable. Good location.”
