“All the staffs were very nice and friendly. The Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor was also generally okay. The guest room was also okay to stay as a business traveller. However, the facility is poorly managed. The hotel building itself is quite old, and especially the gym looked almost abandoned. Treadmills were out of order, and weight training machines were literally broken. It's better to close the facility completely and remove from service list and website if they can't manage it...

“지난 10월에도 묵었는데 직원들과 식당에서의 안락함은 세계 유수의 어느 호텔보다도 좋았습니다. 게다가 주변의 풍경과 이집트 사람들의 친절함....퐁요롭지 않지만 나름대로 평화를 추구하는 그들에게서 나도 위안을 받았습니다. 400년이상된 지중해의 아름다운 알렉산드리아는 파로스 등대가 있던 곳에는 비록 요새로 바뀌었고 과게 세계 최고의 도서관 자리에는 새로운 특이한 형태의 건설물이 서있기는 하지만, 로마극장 등 다양한 유적지, Stanley Bridge에서의 낙조는 인생의 허무함과 동시에 자연의 아름다움을 전해주는 더없는 멋진 곳이었습니다. 이번 4월에도 다시 방문할 예정인데 좋은 이집트 친구들이 있고 아름다운 알렉산드리아 슈타이겐베르거 세실 알렉산드리아 호텔에 다시 투숙할 생각을 하니 지금부터 마음이 설랩니다.”
