The staff was great! The breakfast was great! The bed was broken. The elevator was out of service. Had my 80 year old mother in law with us and we were on the 3rd floor. Two of 3 ice machines were out of order.

Overall the hotel was great. But mattresses (both the main one and definitely the sofa bed) were in need of replacement. Staff was really amazing, breakfast was great, kid loved the pool, and hotel was clean. Replace the mattress and it’d be perfect.

Staff nice, but elevator did not work had to carry everything upstairs. Dirty bathroom and pool so we did not swim. Fold out bed old and stained. Springs sicking through, not even good for kids to sleep on. Good breakfast at least. Rooms small. Air conditioner would not work until we took very filthy filters out!
