A warm welcome from the owner Lisa and shown to two beautiful rooms. Outstanding decor, fabulous showers and a clever musical theme to the B&B made our stay a real pleasure. Great location and easy parking. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Carino a prima vista... poi iniziano le sorprese: un bed senza breakfast (tranquilli, ve lo dicono quando siete già li) Una bottiglia d'acqua? Fuori trova tutto. Mi risponde un gentile ed impacciato signore. (Che non avessero nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua non mi era mai capitato). Ma si che vuoi che sia, facciamo un riposino e poi usciamo. Peccato che appena stavo per prendere sono il signore risponde ad una chiamata dalla reception (era come se fosse di fianco a me...) e niente mi son dovuto sorbire tutta la chiamata. Mi lamento del problema e cosa mi rispondono? Se vuole può cercare una soluzione migliore. (Offeso deciso di non rispondere). Camera carina e pulita ma con balcone sul panorama più brutto di Alberobello. Bagno grande ma senza riscaldamento. Al consiglio di cercare un'altra soluzione rispondo: forse voi dovreste cambiare mestiere!

Not satisfied. Although the room was clean the beds were very uncomfortable and there was no water in the fridge. as for the breakfast it was in a café 1 block away and after we ate they informed us that the breakfast contained only one coffee (single espresso not even double) and one small croissant without fruits or anything because the caffee was paid for a 2.5€/person breakfast and we were obliged to pay the rest 10 euros for the double espresso and 2 extra muffins.

A piedi verso la zona dei trulli, comodo e pulito

Non avendo parcheggio in loco garantito, la ricerca di un posto a pagamento è stata piuttosto lunga. A parte questo, tutto perfetto: posizione perfetta per andare a piedi nella zona dei trulli, personale molto cortese e preciso, camera ampia e pulita, colazione nel bar all’angolo.

È stata una scelta azzeccata, il posto è tutto nuovo e molto bello. La camera è carina e accogliente, soprattutto il bagno, inoltre c'è il frigo in camera, la tv e l'aria condizionata. La colazione si fa in un bar poco distante, molto bello anch'esso. Che altro dire? La proprietaria è molto gentile, Il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi, e nelle vicinanze si parcheggia abbastanza agevolmente. Sono pienamente soddisfatto, ci ritornerei sicuramente

Very nice B&B, very close to the old town with the trulli. The only negative was that the rooms were not soundproof and you could hear people from the corridor or nearby rooms if they made noise. Other than that everything was perfect.

Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. B&B de 4 ou 5 chambres au Rdc d’un immeuble: déficience au niveau de l’insonorisation : voisine du dessus marchant avec talons jusqu’à 2h du matin puis reprenant sa marche avec talons dès 7h du matin le lendemain. Petit déjeuner italien(café,1croissant,1jus de fruit industriel)dans un bar proche.

Simplesmente espetacular

Localização perfeita próximo ao centro da cidade com acessofacil a todas as atividades turistas restaurantes etc. A 80 m da estação de trem e do ponto final do ônibus . As dependência do hotel são requintadas novas é muito bem decoradas.Lindo espetacular. Recepcao feita pela Lisa impecável desde nossa chegada até nossa saída. Muito atenciosa receptiva e preocupada em fazer o melhor. Nos deu todas as informações necessárias e sua a dicas foram preciosas. Recomendo muito esse local. Bom custo beneficio. Vovô Julio
