“I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this, but I can say I was not disappointed! Having come from a busy resort on a nearby island, Villa Anakao was definitely more my vibe. The room was incredible. I loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening with a glass of wine. The food was also incredible. I truly felt like I was more than just a guest here. I wish I had spent more time here, and would love to come back one day!”

“The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. The room was very good regarding the price and also breakfast was a bit simple but good. The walking distance to the ”downtown” is 10 minutes. I would definately stay here again.”

“Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. And what I loved most is the host. She warmly welcomed me and took care of me. I miss her :')”

“The location is good to access local resturant or mart etc.. And the hotel supply the great water sport including dolphin watching or boat etc.. The breakfast is good. But room is a little out of date.”

“A nice stay, lovely staff and the kids club was brilliant. Cleanliness and upkeep could be improved as there was a dead cockroach in our room before we moved in. The kids loved the slides however it’s from 7yrs+. I wished we knew how lively it would be as we barely got any sleep (banging music!) with young kids.”
