Recommended! My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Albuquerque. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. The shuttle service was quick, and the driver was also very kind and helpful to us. We honestly have nothing bad to say about our experience. Everything was great, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albuquerque!

The staff were friendly and efficient. Renovations are not yet complete. I was pleased to find a window that would open. It was puzzling to find no coffeemaker in the room, but easy to use the always-available coffee maker in the lobby. Having only one chair in a room for two seemed chintzy.

Positive: -Comfy bed -Clean room, modern -Nice bathroom: shower pressure, bath products, etc. -24 hour coffee in the lobby (no coffee maker in the rooms) and citrus water (cucumber, lemon, etc.) Negative: -LOUD doors, because they're heavy, you hear every slam -DARK rooms, some nightstand lighting but no overhead lighting so very dark. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom/sink area is a terrible, dark fluorescent, not flattering -No option for fan only (it's either AC or heat) so if you would like to sleep with a fan for white noise or for staying cool, not going to happen -Pets are allowed, so you might hear some dog barks

The room excessively smelled of bleach. I wondered if someone had died and they needed the bleach to remove all the blood. A unique aspect of this property was that I have never had a property give out keys to other people and attempt to allow others to access my stuff. We were woken up after 10pm by people who were given keys to our room as well. Exciting and unique -- lucky we were there and could protect our stuff. Also, the key system was terrible. Any time we wanted to use our keys they would not open the doors for us. Staff were often missing from the front desk and out vaping in the parking lot. I would not wish our experience on anyone who is looking for rest.
