Staff was especially kind. Made sure to give us a room as close as possible with no stairs for my friend who is disabled with oxygen. Checked on us thruout our stay and even offered to help me take breakfast to her in the room so she didn’t need to walk down for breakfast. Rooms clean, well equipped. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels!

Continental breakfast was great. Staff kept food stocked and very friendly. Pool was closed until our last day. We were told it would be open "on Friday" but weren't told which Friday (implied it would be the day after arrival). Room was ok. Walls weren't clean and walls on both sides of bed had holes in plaster. Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains were good.
