Also, the girl that took our order for breakfast was really sweet and nice. She took good care of us - it's been a while since I've seen good service like that. If we ever make a trip back to Alexandria, we will for sure be staying here again.”

“Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. ”
