"The women at the front desk was so nice"

"My room door was open when i got to it. I called to the front desk and was told that the housekeeping staff probably left it open when they finished cleaning it. The room door did not lock properly. The volume on the tv would not turn down and the remote did not work for the tv. When I reported it to the front desk, no action or suggestion was made. I wish they would have switched me to another room. "

Staff was good and the breakfast was okay but the hotel needs to separate the non smoking and smoking guests rooms. We book two rooms but part of the amenities didn't work. The hotel needs to majorly upgrade for future guests "
