The hotel and outside facilities were excellent. The hotel is very child friendly which as we were travelling as an older couple wasn't really what we were wanting. The hotel is in a good position for walking to the marina where there are loads of bars and restaurants and we did spend most evenings there rather than in the hotel.

The hotel and staff absolutely fantastic 5 stars. Be careful when booking through Expedia as we were charged an extra £104 per day for dinner to later find this is more than the hotel charges for buffet and only €40 euro credit was available for non buffet restaurants.

Peaceful location close to the marina and beach. The staff were friendly & professional. Our room was spacious, had a wonderful view with large relaxing balcony, comfortable bed & pillows and good storage space (Room 359).
There was plenty of choice at breakfast. We ate at the pool bar a few times, our favourites were the club sandwich & the pulled pork tacos.
Would definitely return to stay at this hotel.

A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful Easter stay at Domes Lake Algarve Autograph Collection Hotel and were genuinely impressed throughout.
From arrival, the reception team — Francisco, Miguel, Francisca and Nadia — were warm, professional and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with all staff providing friendly, attentive service, in particular Mona and Margarida alongside a great selection of food.
We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and restaurant, where Helder, Pedro and Samuel created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with excellent service. The beautiful Acosta beach restaurant was another standout, with Ricardo, Valdir, Paulo and Jessica delivering a superb dining experience in a stunning setting.
What really stood out was the consistency — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and a true asset to the Domes brand.
Thank you to the whole team for such an enjoyable stay — we hope to return soon!

From the welcome on arrival until the moment we left, the staff were outstanding. Beautiful hotel and grounds, meticulously maintained. Beautiful hotel with lovely pool area, gorgeous beach just a few minutes walk away and easy to walk to the marina. The spa was really nice, we really enjoyed the time in the spa area. The hotel did a trick or treat event for the chidren on Halloween which was lovely. A great stay, would recommend

Excellent hotel, great to be so close to the beach and marina, but still peaceful. The pools are amazing and staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back for longer!

We have been going to Vilamoura for years & stayed in some lovely hotels but since staying at the Domes Lakes we look no further.Its a great location near to the marina.The staff are wonderful & always on hand to make sure eveything is perfect.The rooms & the food is of a high standard with so much variety.The outside area is beautiful so many different areas to relax in or have a nice walk round the lake.Thank you once again for our wonderful stay & cant wait to return next year.

Good hotel and in a great location. Only 10 mins walk to the beach and marina. Great with adult area but would be better if they can improve to a proper swimming pool.
