โThe hotel is very homey and the staff make you feel as though you are family and not just a tourist. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel.โ
โWe stayed over as we were attending a wedding nearby. I only wish we were staying longer as the place was so beautiful. The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things run smoothly even though they were experiencing load shedding in the area. โ
โVery friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!โ
โThis is a great little apartment. Kobus was awesome and communication was great. The one neighbour is a little bit so-so and whiney, but that is not Jozistayโs fault!

โThis is a cute property with all the amenities needed. There is a fully functional kitchen and living room. The check in was slightly confusing but that seems to have been due to an online issue. When i got hold of the owner he sorted it all out immediatly.โ
โExcellent view of the city from our room. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Spacious accommodation with stocked fridge. King size bed was huge and comfortable.โ
