The fitness centre was just your very basic stuff, but there is a pool, but not a length pool more for kids to play. The walls were bare and waiting for paint when we were there, obviously mid-update. Staff were nice and helpful, everything you would expect.

The staff were all very nice. It looks like they are renovating but for the most part the hotel was very clean. Very family friendly . Breakfast was okay nothing gourmet but enough for my kids and me. Over all the hotel was nice.

Pros: Room was cleaned and comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Cons: Main bathroom in the lobby and lobby floors were not cleaned. The breakfast room is very small. Overall the building is under repairs, therefore poor appearance. I would have appreciated a discounted price.

We went with 4 small children and 2 elderly people and our room was on the third floor. The elevator did not work for the whole time we stayed and walking up 3 flights of stairs was not easy. There was a leak on the third floor hallway with a garbage bin blocking the walk way. The room smelled like cigarettes. Staff was friendly

The interior of this hotel looks grubby and unfinished. The hallways lack wallpaper and consistent drywall, and there are large "protein spill" stains on the carpets. When I reached my room, the door was ajar. (Other guests shared with me in the elevator that their door was initially ajar too.) Also, my bathroom door was incapable of closing, and it was very eerie to have it open on its own while I was showering. To their credit, I slept in a (seemingly) clean, comfortable bed. But that was the only amenity worth its weight.

Room was clean Staff friendly and helpful. My one comment is that I booked a room with a king bed, which was confirmed on my Expedia reservation, however, i was give a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel staff advised that Expedia booked the 2 queen beds and not the king. When booking, i did see that option and the king was 10/15 dollars more, however i chose the king bed at the more expensive rate. I am assuming since my reservation indicated a king, Expedia will be charging me the higher rate even though they did not reserve what was requested and confirmed on my reservation. My cost for the king was 126.00. I believe the queens was 109.00. i would appreciate if Expedia would review this reservation and adjust the charge if required.

Front desk interaction at check in was excellent. She was very friendly and courteous. Our hotel room lacked finishing touches such as the blue window wall at the ceiling was poorly transitioned, The bathroom door did not close and was not lined up correctly, the shower door was not hung straight and closed very loudly and the walls and carpet in the hallways were uneven and shabby. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of choices but the breakfast room was too small and almost all of the seating in the room was set up for two people and we were a family of three. The pool was very nice and very warm and we enjoyed that the one evening. The parking lot was so long off the front of the hotel with the front spaces being reserved for IHG elite or electric cars that we had to park pretty far out due the the layout of the hotel being on a property that is a long narrow strip in nestled in between two roads. Overall our stay was fine as we were only staying at a hotel to be able to go to and from Dorney Park for two days.
