I was very happy with this hotel. Our room was huge. Very nice pool and hot tub. Front desk staff was SUPER nice. A TON of breakfast options. On the negative side, breakfast one day had watery scrambled eggs and the cheapest and most tasteless bacon. The second day it was better.

The hotel was clean, in a safe area & the continental breakfast was fresh with a wide variety. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to any of our needs. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn Suites.

We paid for an accessibility room, so handles on bath tub, a bath tub not just a shower etc. We received a regular room without any of that. There was no parking in handicap spots. Not disability friendly at all. The elevator barely works and they only have one running. It's extremely slow, if we weren't disabled we would take the stairs. Our room is also stuffy because you can see dust flying out of the vent when the AC kicks on. I just wouldn't recommend staying here. For the price it isn't worth it. There are much better options in the area.

We were absolutely blow away with this property! It was clean, beautiful rooms with tons of space! The staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was an upgrade from the normal “hotel breakfast” offerings. Would definitely recommend this hotel- upscale feel at affordable price!

The room was not cleaned and we had to move to another room. The room that we moved to would not lock. Overall the rating is about 2 stars. Very unsatisfied.

Everything was great except the air conditioner/furnace temperature wouldn’t adjust. It was so hot in the room we didn’t sleep well.

Welcoming, well-staffed & maintained property. Especially fond of the exceptional design choices for bathroom storage & the nightstand. The only down sides were: 1- no stopper in the bathroom sink, and 2- our heat stopped heating sometime on Monday morning. The blower was going constantly, but blowing COLD air.

Hotel sits back off the road & signage was easy to miss. The hotel was clean & updated. I would stay there again.

The only issue we had is that the bed was too hard for our liking. Otherwise everything was good. Front staff and kitchen staff were friendly and went beyond expectations. Well done!&

Hotel was great, although pricey and we moved to another to be with family due to a loss of a sibling for less $ and it too was great. Breakfast's were great with some changes daily. Staff was very welcoming as well as housecleaning gals. Bar was fun.

The hotel needs an update. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The shower floor squeaks when you’re taking a shower. The toilet is rocky. The sink was clogged. Which they did fix right away but there was no cover so if I dropped anything it, it would have gone down the sink.

I had some weird issues happen while I was here but everyone went above and beyond to make them right! Definitely recommend great employees and everyone was very hospitable!

Very impressed. Room was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Great walk in shower and nice bathroom area. Large room with separate area for refrig and microwave. Breakfast was really good. Mini omelettes, sausages and fresh fruit.

We had a great stay! Front desk staff, especially Tristan, was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent! Katie and the breakfast staff kept the food fresh and all of the areas clean and neat.

Staff very friendly. No decaf coffee at breakfast and had to ask. Staff was very helpful with that. Shower dripping and someone placed a towel under it. Otherwise, would likely stay there again.
