“Pool at hotel was closed . Checked into room and a desk top fan was already on in the room for a supposedly air conditioned room. Fears were realised that air con did not work and the alternative room offered was inferior to the one booked thus they offered a larger fan. Fridge unplugged at wall and had to move the desk out to plug it in. One of the Lights in bathroom was flickering. Staff helpful”
