I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy.
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet.
The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view.

Staffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.

The scenery was very nice and the village was very beautiful.
The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The location was also good as it was halfway between Ortisei and Cortina D'Ampezzo. The staff was nice.
