"Staff form front desk to shuttle driver were SO NICE!! They were helpful and generous. Our room was nicely renovated and very clean though the AC unit made some weird noises as it cycled through."

"Room is dirty. AC didn’t work. It was 83 degrees inside the room. I asked the front desk if I could change the room. I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was told to leave the window open but it was very noisy outside. We Could not sleep all night. "

My only negative was that there was a weird person constantly in the lobby area throughout my entire stay, which put me off using the amenities in there when needed. They didn’t seem like a guest but maybe staff on break? Not sure, but they were there every time over multiple days and made it very uncomfortable"
