"Convenient to the airport. Shuttle fee, breakfast fee…..only place we stayed at in Italy that did this. Shower floor was extremely slippery. Should post a warning or add mat. "

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"
