"During my recent stay, I experienced two issues I’d like to bring to your attention: Plumbing Issue Anytime we used the bathroom sink, water backed up onto the floor and the sink made a prolonged bubbling sound. I called the front desk to request a technician, but no one came. I had to submit a second request after nearly slipping on the water. The front desk did not appear to have a record of my initial report. Fortunately, the issue was resolved after the second request. Restaurant Service Issue – Atari Breakfast We were seated at Atari for breakfast, picked up our food, and no staff came to our table. When we tried to walk to the hostess to pay, we were nearly run into by another staff member. Before being seated, we had already provided our names and room number. The experience was embarrassing, and I believe additional structure and training are needed for restaurant service. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope they can be addressed for future guests."

"We only had breskfast twice as we went off-site to Eduardo's for acai bowls. But the breakfasts we did have were very good - eggs, avocado toast and fresh fruit. We generally eat light in the mornings so this breakfast is excellent on your travel day home to fill up. The wait staff are very efficient and friendly. No spa treatments so i cannot comment."

"The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved."

"The staff were ver nasty to me and my kids they didn't tell us about the breakfast that it wasn't complimentary and then when I paid for it the didn't give me the $20 price they charged me more not to mention the breakfast was horrible not hot at all. I will not recommend we kept calling for towels by the time they came with fresh towels we was leaving "

"-Service for the rooms were unacceptable. Calling numerous times for a room cleaning and new towels/ washcloths. - the cups at the bar are extremely small bring your own cup."

"Casa de Reyes is AMAZING! It is only 3 bedrooms ( the listing says 4 bedrooms). 4 of us stayed there and it was very comfortable. There were even chairs and a cooler to use at the beach which saved us $$. There was also snorkel gear. Kitchen was very well equipped, living room very comfortable and we appreciated having an outdoor space. The house was immaculate and the location was close to all the best beaches and attractions. The pool is beautiful and we felt very safe in the neighborhood we were in. The communication with the property care takers was easy and they were very welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
