“Check in was difficult. Staff was not over friendly. We only needed a bed to sleep in and a shower before heading to the airport in the morning. There was no water to brush our teeth, flush the toilet or shower. It was a safe place to stay for the night though - wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough :)”

“Amazing customer service not only at the checking in but also an amazing job by Barneyrys Meran who went out of her to accommodate us all four for two(2) dinner reservations after consulting with her Supervisor.. Barneyrys was very professional and super friendly. I have been to this resort before but we were blown away by the service and would strongly recommend anyone to experience it.”

“Please update the photos because it wasn’t as shown on the booking also bathroom was horrible and no blanket or clean towels the room was super small no dressers and lamp and on top the Neighborhood was so horrible and feel unsafe we left the next day and went to a different hotel for the rest of our trip!”

“Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, notwendige Reparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Insgesamt macht es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck, das Zimmer allerdings war sauber. Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht. Der Pool wurde während unserer Anwesenheit von niemandem genutzt, wir hatten auch kein Verlangen ihn zu nutzen.Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. “THE NEVER WAS CLEANED DURING OUR STAY, NOBODY SHOWS UP, THE PRICES WERE VERY VERY HIGH, FOOD GOOD BUT TOO EXPENSIVE, I WILL SAY RIDICULOUS EXPENSIVE, I PUT A DEPOSIT AND THEY NEVER RETURNED TO ME.”
