The problem we had was dining in the restaurant. The waitress was rude and it took use 1:45 to get our food. We were the only one in the restaurant!! “We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! ”

The quality of the evening dining options has dropped significantly, where most dinners were hardly edible leaving us no option but to grab something at a buffet. “We were impressed by this place. I have been to many resorts (expensive ones) and can honestly say this is the cleanest one. This place smells wonderfully, very attentive, respectful staff. I highly recommend. It's really quiet but so convenient and located. Shout out to the server captain (don't remember his name) he from Santiago at kuka restaurant for his amazing service.”

Sur place, il y a un restaurant très très bon. Je vous recommande de rester à celui-ci et de ne pas aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons été déçu à chaque fois que nous mangions à l’extérieur. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. 10 minutes de la plage et rue marchande à deux minutes.”
