โWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room (especially the bathroom) was just a little worn down, but nothing crazy! It was only slightly concerning considering the age of the building (supposedly it is on the newer side).โ

โStayed here for the weekend. Room was suitable and clean. The neighborhood was a little rough but nothing too concerning. Very close to the airport. The person on the phone made it very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints, would definitely return to this place the next time im in townโ
โThe property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....
โThis is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. โ
โIt was a bad decision! The place is located in a poor neighborhood, and it is unsafe without parking. The bathroom is terrible. The mattress has expired for a long! heat/AC is a surprise.
Just don't go. Really! Pay more and go to a better place. This one is too expensive for what you get.โ
