Quando solicitei a reposição do café frio, a funcionária pediu que eu levasse o que estava na minha xícara para esquentar! Sem nenhuma cordialidade. No fim, a única coisa positiva no hotel foi a localização. Muito insatisfeita com minha estadia!"
