“The stay started off a bit rough. The person who was supposed to pick us up from the Water Taxi was nowhere to be found. So we walked with all of our luggage to the hotel. The host did apologize. Later, when our group tried to shower, there was no hot water. It was freezing cold. The staff just ignored the issue until multiple guests complained. It was finally fixed by the evening. It was an okay place to stay. This place has a lot of potential; it just needs some updates. ”

“My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand....

“Amazing place to stay. Easy walk to any food, drinks and activities. Not loud at night time which is very nice. One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
